Five on Friday

We made it y'all, it's Friday!!!! Link up with these lovely ladies Darci, April, Natasha, and Christina.

ONE
I mentioned a while back that I ordered some monogrammed flats from Marley Lilly. Well they came in and I'm pretty sure I've worn them every day since. I've gotten so many compliments on them and they are really comfy. I'm regretting not buying another pair, but you can bet if they go on sale again I will.

Sorry for the picture of my feet.

TWO
Like usual, I've been super slack with decorating for the spring. However, I did hang my hydrangea wreath on the front door and it makes me smile every time I see it. (Even when it's covered in yellow pollen.)

THREE
I finally caved and subscribed to Real Simple magazine and my first issue arrived at the house yesterday. I know I shouldn't be that excited about a magazine, but it great getting fun mail and I love all the tips and ideas.

FOUR
Did anyone see the video on YouTube about the Californians try foods from South Carolina? I thought it was hilarious. (However, I've never had Blenheim Hot Ginger Ale for the record.)

FIVE
While my mom is tackling Easter dinner this year I have decided that I really want to make biscuits from scratch for all the leftover ham. Believe it or not, I've never made biscuits from scratch. My family isn't originally from the south so I didn't grow up with "grandma's secret recipe for biscuits". Here are a couple recipes I'm thinking of trying. Any tips?

Have a fantastic Easter weekend!
