5 Things I Love at Trader Joes

Some of my favorite posts to read are other people’s  shopping lists. I am a creature of habit and I worry that I’m missing out on great products because I’m not adventurous enough. I thought I would share my current top 5 favorite things to get at Trader Joes.

I love gouda cheese and you could put pesto on a shoe and I'd eat it so this item is a win.

This is a South Carolina style BBQ sauce, which is honestly harder to find than you would think. It’s a combination of mustard base, a little tomato, a little vinegar, with a tiny kick at the end. Throw a pork butt or a couple chicken breasts in the crock pot, cover it with this sauce, and come home after work to a delicious meal.

I first tried these crackers at a cocktail party and now I’m excited whenever I have a chance to buy them. They are great with lots of dips and really any kind of cheese.

Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Comes with sharp asiago cheese, pecans, and a sweet basil dressing to keep it fresh and interesting.

Okay before you judge me, try these things. They are amazing. Not too sweet and I love the different textures. Andy and I have been known to be very possessive over our fair share. (There are four in a pack, if you have more than your two sandwiches you are in trouble.)

What do you like picking up at Trader Joes?

  2. I need to check out the pesto gouda and those sandwiches. I tend to always grab Gone Bananas (chocolate covered banana slices) when I am in the dessert/freezer section and ignore everything else over there.

  3. So, as you may know, Christmas is right around the corner ANNNND you also may know that we are short on offerings of quality BBQ sauce here in Belgium ANNND if we are really friends, you should do something about that. ;) JK! But I would pay the shipping and cost of the sauce if you were willing to send me some. Or get Celia to bring it when she comes to visit. :)
